My approach to practice management and growth is unique: I’m not here to teach you because you already have the knowledge — what is limiting you right now is action. You don’t need more training, what you need is to take action.

My role is to coach and support you to take the right actions to foster a fulfilling, successful practice. to coach you and support you along the way. I help you identify your pain points — the frustrations that you have with your practice — and with you, will uncover the most effective tools to overcome them.

At our brick-and-mortar clinic in Vancouver, BC, we give you the space to run your own practice through Electra Health. At Electra Health, you will work in a team setting that emphasizes collaboration, multidisciplinary approaches to treatment and practitioner growth. We provide you with access to online education courses + one-on-one coaching with me to help grow your practice

I also offer online courses to practitioners all over the world. Each course tackles a specific frustration or issue that therapists commonly have in their practices, and gives you the specific tools, processes and/or actions necessary to overcome these. The courses are jam-packed with videos, tutorials, workbooks and more!

I also work one-on-one with practitioners all over the world to support them in changing the trajectory of your practice. I’ll be honest about this one: it's raw, real and not for everyone. This is for therapists that are ready to grow and want to take action, quickly.
